Sending an emails is as easy as well… Sending an email should be.
There’s no setup or configuration required for it to work.
In the deal view just click the Send Email button to get started.
You will be able to specify multiple recipients as well as adding a subject and ofcourse your email message.
How It Works
If you send an email from Monty to a prospect, they will receive an email from you directly. If they then reply, this will then be added to the deal which it relates to.
You will receive an email notification to say that an email has been received as well as details of the message.
Once an email is delivered, you will receive a notification in your notification bar.
When an email is read, you will receive a notification in your notification bar to say this has happened. Each time the email is read, you will receive a notification.
If you find you are sending the same email repeatedly, you can use email templates to instantly import pre-written messages into the editor. For information on how to create a template click here.
To apply a template, simply select the message you would like to use from the drop down underneath the message editor :
Using a Signature
If you would like to use a signature on your emails, then you can create one at the account level that will be used on all emails that you send. You can set your signature here.
